One bedroom available in a two bed, one bath apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a pre-war elevator building and gets lots of sunlight. Ideally located close to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, and ten minutes from Prospect Park. 2/3/4/5 lines are all less than 10 minutes walk, and B/Q are a 15 minute walk.

The apartment is furnished except for the available bedroom. There is a large living room, good size kitchen with dishwasher, and windowed bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom opens to an internal courtyard so it doesn’t get much noise. The room is large and can easily hold a queen bed, desk, and dresser. There is a closet in the bedroom and a shared closet in the hallway. The building has washers and dryers available.
About This Lister

The other roommate has lived in the apartment for four years and will be in the other bedroom. She enjoys watching TV, going out for dinner with friends, and running. In a roommate setting, she likes to be social, talking in the evening and maybe having dinner together some nights, while respecting that home is also a space to disconnect and recharge. She keeps a clean space but not obsessive over it.

Please, no cats (roommate is allergic). Non-smoking home.
