1 Room for Rent Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Hi! My apartment located in Crown Heights Brooklyn is looking for a roommate for a 12/31 move in. The room shown in the video is priced at $1275 before utilities (gas, electric, Wi-Fi, cleaning supply). This is a 4 bed 1 bath. I live with 2 other women over the age of 27. We are looking for someone in their late 20s minimum or older. We are capacity for pets – there are currently 2 young cats in the apartment. They are kept in one roommate’s room for most of the day when she is at work, and towards the evening we let them roam. They are very sweet!

Location benefits: Next to Franklin Ave filled with bars, restaurants, and cafe. Minutes from Bedstuy. 6 min walk from A & C train. 12 min walk from 2, 3, 4, 5 trains.

The apartment building has in unit laundry and great roof access!

Our qualifications are:

Someone who is responsible and with a steady job able to pay rent and utilities on time and with no problems.

Some who is clean and truly values a clean space. Doesn’t mind taking on cleaning tasks as we all have assigned responsibilities. Someone who doesn’t have to be reminded or asked to clean and participate in chores.

Someone who doesn’t bring random guests over. Someone who doesn’t have their significant other’s over for days on end. If friends visit overnight, we ask that we are updated ahead of time and that you please mind your guests.

This is a great space for someone who is more minimalist. The dining room is communal and meant for us all to share. Most of us are out working or working from home.

We are easy going here – but searching for someone who can align and respect the above :)
