I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease from Dec 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026. At the end of the lease, you would have the option to renew the lease directly with the management company if desired.

Location: Crown Heights @ the intersection of Lincoln and Bedford

Price: $3205/ month + utilities (building has energy rating of A - utilities rarely go above $100 per month). The apartment is rent stabilized, so rent has only gone up by around $100 each year. I'll also ask for a $2000 security deposit, which you would get back in May 2026 at the end of the lease.

Term: Dec 1 2025 – Apr 30 2026, with option to sign a new year lease after that

Furniture: Apartment would come mostly unfurnished, though I am open to selling some of the furniture (namely the couch and kitchen table + chairs) if there’s interest.
