Hey yall! Looking for a roommate starting December 1st! I am a 26 yr old with a job in the city! I’m creative and outdoorsy but I also am a homebody and love a night in. I have a little friendly cat that loves to cuddle so if you love cats that would be a huge plus! Your rent would be $1,625. It’s a lovely sunsoaked apartment with brick wall charm and dappled lighting. Personal AC and heat unit in each room. Right off Franklin, there are many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops at our doorstep. It’s a seven minute walk from the 4, 5, 1, & 2 and ten from the A & C. It’s ten minutes from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. I would love to be friends with my roommate but no pressure! Women and queer people preferably!
