Room in Crown Heights Duplex

hi all! i have a room opening up in a 6bed/2bath duplex in crown heights for $1041.67/month. it’s a 6 minute walk from the franklin C train and a 8 minute walk from the nostrand A/C station. there’s also a super nice grocery store a block away :) you’ll be living with 3 guys and 2 girls (including me). two of the guys live in the basement, and only one guy lives upstairs, where you’ll be. one roommate has a few birds who live in her room, and i have a very friendly and adorable cat named poppy. the apartment has a private backyard and a separate private entrance to the building’s shared laundry room which makes laundry day very easy. we are looking for an applicant who is kind, considerate, quiet (especially in common areas), and most importantly, clean. giving preference to female applicants or applicants with a friendly cat so poppy can have a playmate! the room is available december 1st and we are looking for someone to be approved before the end of october. guarantors are accepted! you will need photo ID and 2 months of paystubs / proof of income to apply.
