I am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my lease. Great price, private bathroom, in-unit washer dryer, and dishwasher. Roof access and large private storage cage in basement. Total, you will be living with 2 other people. Lease will begin October 1, 2025 and end April 30, 2026.

FYI to be approved, you will need to provide the following to the landlord:

- Photo ID
- Email address and cell phone number
- Proof of income, preferably in the form of a W2. A letter from an employer is also acceptable. Keep in mind that annual income needs to be at least 40 times the monthly rent. If not, then a guarantor would be needed and would have to send in all the same paperwork.
- One month of pay stubs
- Two recent bank statements
- Your current address.
- Contact information for your current landlord / management company (if applicable)
