We are two working professionals (M-37 & F-41), introverts with extroverted tendencies, clean, considerate, and friendly. The apartment is in a 3-Story Limestone building surrounded by stunning historic homes that look like castles. We are equidistant from two convenient train lines (3/4 & A/C), directly across from Brower Park, and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The apartment has a shared living room, a spacious kitchen, a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub, and a washer and dryer downstairs.

Your bedroom is very large (14ft x 17ft with 11ft ceilings) with two large windows, pocket doors leading to the living room and a standard door leading to the hallway/kitchen. The room comes unfurnished with the exception of an A/C that is currently installed. We are looking for someone who works outside of the home, does not have any pets, and is clean and non-judgmental. All are welcome who are kind and respectful. The bedroom is available January 1st until March 31st with the potential to extend if the living situation is ideal. Move-in will require First Month ($1800) and Security Deposit ($1000) for a total of $2900.00. Asking price does not includes utilities (gas, electric, and wifi generally run about $100 ~$150 in the summer)
