Two large bedrooms with Private bathroom

This is a 4 bed, 4 bath in Prospect Heights/ crown heights (Classon Ave). Lease minimum of 12 months. 2 private bedroom and 2 private bathroom. Full kitchen and amenities (shared). Apt includes washer and dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space (2 large living room closets, 1 medium bedroom closet, and basement storage for bikes, luggage, etc). Theres also a rooftop and back yard. Our lease is up by July 1st and Myself and Tyler wants to renew the lease, you could take Abby room or Yang rooms. Yang is going back to Chicago and Abby is moving to Bushwick for her work. If you want to move in June or Mid June we can work something accordingly. Abby would like to sell her furniture in there, for someone who are in need of bedroom furniture. Yang room comes with bed, mattress study table chair at no additional cost. Utilities will be shared amoung equally.

Your roommates will be Tyler and Saran (My self) we are very relaxed and chill people. Pets are allowed but they must get along with Tyler’s cat (a cuddly tabby named Frank). The neighborhood is absolutely incredible. 5 min walk from Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Gardens. 5 minute walk from the 4,5 and 2,3 trains. You are surrounded by cute coffee shops and restaurants. Plus there’s a 24 hour grocery around the corner.
