Looking for a 4th roommate in a bright unfurnished bedroom in prime Crown Heights. On the 2nd floor in a 3-floor walkup (2 units above us, 1 coworking space beneath).

The back room is 7.5x11 feet – can fit a full bed, small dresser and/or small desk. Closet space and window AC-unit included. All/any the other furniture is yours if you want it.

The front room is a bit more narrow similar dimensions and no closet space. It can still fit a full bed and a hallway closet is available. Wardrobe, small dresser, and window AC are available.

Financials:
-Rent - $1045/mo for the back room, $925 for the front room.
-Utilities (including internet): $60-80/mo (June/July/August are $70-100)
-Move in is first month’s rent and security plus a credit check through the landlord. Rent can be prorated based on move-in date.

Roommates:
-2 men, 30s, one works a M-F/9-5 office job, the other works in hospitality (often nights). We are frequently awake very late at night but we’re respectful of others’ space. Still, you should be comfortable with some noise during normal sleeping hours.

Subways:
-Midway between Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 and C/S (10 minute walk in either direction), & 5 minutes to Park Place S.

Nearby Amenities:
-Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and numerous bars and restaurants.

Additional Info:
-The kitchen is compact but well-supplied, suits your needs, and includes a dishwasher
-Access to a private rooftop patio through another bedroom. It’s currently empty except for a clothesline but we are hoping to improve it.
