Furnished Bedroom in 2-Bedroom Share

A furnished bedroom is available to rent in my two-bedroom apartment starting in December. The size is about 10ft x 8.75. It has a full-size bed, a cabinet, and a closet. There is a window, but it faces other buildings. The apartment is fully furnished. The floors are wood and a bit squeaky.

Rooftop access.

I am a mature, quiet woman, a writer and teacher in her forties. I'm working from home part of the days. I would like a mature, respectful quiet roommate. No drama.

The building is safe and close to Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The closest trains are the 2/3 Eastern Parkway, the Q at 7th Avenue, and the C at Clinton Washington.

Utilities are included in the rent except for the electric bill, which is usually low about $20-40 each.

No pets.
