Roommate wanted for sunny 2 bed, 1.5 bath apt

The apartment is bright and spacious with a backyard and (nearly in-unit) washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked and features a dishwasher and loads of appliances for cooking/baking. Most of the apartment is furnished but there is room for a few more items if the prospective roommate has common-space furniture that they would like to bring.

The available room has space for a queen sized bed and has a good sized closet with plenty of storage space. No central AC but room for a window-unit!

I (the roommate) am a young woman in my early 30s with a well-behaved dog and a cat. I cook, run, clean, and explore the city and am hoping to find a roommate who is kind, communicative, and excited to help make this space their home.

The area is amazing - very close to many subway lines. Steps from Franklin and Washington Avenues and all their coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk to prospect park, brooklyn botanic garden, and brooklyn museum.
