-Private Bedroom: twin bed, folding table desk, open built-in closet, and dresser
-Includes AC and heat for your comfort
-Shared 1.5 bathroom and kitchen
-Third-floor walk-up (not ADA accessible)
-Clean sheets and towels provided

Sublet Details:
-$75/night or $450/week (one person)
-Refundable Security deposit: $250.00
-Minimum stay: 3 nights
-Maximum stay: 30 nights
-Prorated rates available for stays longer than a week
