2 Rooms Available in 3bd/1.5b Newly Renovated Apt.

Looking for people to fill two bedrooms in this 3-bed/1.5-bath apartment on the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights border. Great area, apartment is on the 3rd floor of a renovated walk-up building and has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, rainfall shower, and very responsive super. Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 and Nostrand Ave A/C stations are both about a 7-10 minute walk.

You'd be joining a year lease starting August 1st. First bedroom is $1525, and can fit a queen bed, desk/dresser, and has a balcony. Second bedroom is $1725, about twice the size and has a large closet. Both bedrooms have fully controllable wall A/C/heating units. Rooms would be unfurnished. Living room does have a couch and is furnished, but things may move around as my current roommates move out. Utilities are about $100-ish each month.

I'm looking for someone employed, friendly, chill, considerate and who picks up after themselves. It's a small space footprint-wise so someone being conscious of noise and their impact on the space makes all the difference. I keep to myself overall but am definitely hoping to find some people who are like-minded and/or have shared interests! (No pets or couples, sorry!)
