Looking for a kind, responsible and respectful pro

A beautiful 3 room apartment, spacious, a laundry washer and dryer in the building, quiet and full of good energy including office space, (420 friendly) if done moderately, five to six minute walk to the A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5 subway trains and the S shuttle to the Q and B. A diverse vibrant neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants, lounges and a large supermarket a block away. I love animals, specially dogs, so that’s a plus. You must have an on-site full-time job (no remote in home job). I always look after my roommates. I keep the apartment clean and neat., and all I ask is for you to maintain after yourself (not leaving plates or cups in the sink) and no hair in the bathtub drainer or bathroom sink)
