✨ Excellent laundromat just one block away with affordable drop-off service, plus two convenient grocery stores very close by

The location is one of our favorite things about living here — close to everything while still feeling like home.

A little about us:

We're both working professionals who commute into Manhattan for our 9-5s. We're fairly quiet at home and see the apartment as a place to decompress after the pace of the city. We enjoy a calm, chill environment and keep shared spaces tidy so everyone can comfortably come and go. We're friendly, easy-going, communicate openly, and occasionally grab dinner together, but we also respect personal space and downtime.

Utilities are split evenly each month, but average around $100/month for electric, gas, and wifi. Might be higher in the summer with air conditioners.
