This cozy oasis can be found on Bergen Street between Bedford Avenue and Franklin Avenue.

The studio is in the center of it all and it’s also removed from the outside world. It is a very welcoming and serene space yet if you wish to partake in activities, they are within easy reach.

The apt is a few steps away from several restaurants and bars: CrabbyShack, Brooklyn Suya, Chavelas, Mayfield, Cent'Anni, Franklin Park, etc. You will also find many coffee shops, organic supermarkets, stores, laundromats, gyms, yoga centers and martial arts centers in the neighborhood.

For the athlete, the nature lover, the artist, the musician, the philosopher, and the fun-loving child within you, there are many nearby attractions such as Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum, My Gallery NYC, Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Brooklyn Central Library, Medgar Evers College, and Barclays Center (home of the Brooklyn Nets). If you have to get around town, there is easy access to several trains (#2, #3, #4, #5, A, C, S and the LIRR) and buses (B25, B44, B45, B48, B49, and B65). Lower Manhattan is only a quick 15-minute train ride away.

The sublet is available for 2 to 6 months beginning May 1st, 2023.

Rental Requirements: Proof of income/assets, credit check, references, 1st-month rent and 1-month security deposit.

Note that there is no smoking or pets allowed in the apt/building. The nearest laundromat is 3 mins away.
