One room available in a 700sq ft 2 bed room apartment. Building is in the historic district of Crown heights 12-15min walk from the Nostrand/Eastern Parkway 3 train and Nostrand A/C Mta stops. Near 2/5 President street Mta stop.

The room is unfurnished and comes with a dresser and small closet. There is a large fire escape that has served as a summer chill out spot. All utilities are included; gas/electricity/internet. We would share the living room, bathroom and kitchen areas.

My desire is to live with an individual that is comfortable taking their shoes off in all of the shared living areas. I am extremely clean and I work from home M - T in a robust online coaching practice.

References and proof of income will be required upon signing an agreement. The room is available August 25 2025. Interested parties must be open to signing a binding rental contract term, that can be extended beyond the initial 6 months. Kindly be ready to meet via zoom before asking to meet in person.
