Hello, I have a large bedroom with an attached office/studio available beginning February 15th. This room has a private entrance that enters from the building’s hallway and is situated at the far end of the apartment, providing you with plenty of privacy. Each room has a closet and windows. It’s an ideal setup for someone who works from home, an artist who needs extra space, or someone who just wants to have extra space to spread out. You will be sharing the apartment with a couple. We are students in our mid-30s, and we value a quiet and harmonious home. There is of course a living room, separate bathroom, and a separate kitchen. Ideally, you’re not a smoker as we have had problems with a previous roommate; but it isn’t a deal-breaker as long as the smoking happens outside and the apartment doesn’t smell like cigarettes. We keep a tidy apartment and it’s important that everyone does their part to keep it clean, which generally means picking up after yourself and not waiting for someone else to clean areas that you regularly use. We also have a friendly older cat who spends 99% of his time lazing around, you’ll like him.

We are located close by the Kingston-Throop C train. You'll find just about everything you need in the neighborhood: gyms, grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, and plenty of restaurants.
