Spacious Duplex, In Unit Laundry, Private Bathroom

The room is a moderate size, but there is lots of shared living space upstairs and downstairs. The room comes with a private bathroom. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. Washer and dryer downstairs. Backyard access. We built a bar downstairs and set up an in-home theater with a nice projector. This is a great place to live, close to the A/C train.

We have two cats who are very affectionate. During the recent quarantine I was glad to have so much space in the apartment and the access to the back yard. It made things feel a lot less cramped. The in-unit laundry saves a couple hours every week not having to go to the laundromat.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house, we have a diverse group of friends, we stand with BLM, and it?s very important to us that the person who moves into the third bedroom has similar attitudes and treats all people with respect.

We do not allow smoking indoors, but there?s a lovely backyard where you can smoke.
