There is a bedroom available in our 4 bed, 2 bath apartment.

The apartment is located at the border between Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy, just a 5 min walk to Nostrand Ave A, C train and less than 1 min to the Long Island Railroad Nostrand Ave station.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. The apartment has central AC / heating system we control ourselves (very nice!) and there is also laundry and bike storage in the basement of the building.

The current roommates are 20-something, working professionals, very chill, friendly, clean, mostly keep to themselves and LGBTQ+ friendly.

The area is very convenient and has tons of restaurants, bars, take out places, a supermarket and plenty of banks nearby.

The room is $850/month and available for move in Aug 1st or earlier. The room has a large window, a closet, and could also come furnished (queen sized bed, 2 dressers) if needed.

Utilities (electric, gas, internet) are not included in the rent, but come out to about $75/month per person (vary depending on the season).

The landlord will ask for proof of employment, income and credit check, as well as security deposit of 1 months rent when moving in.
