Welcome! Looking for a roommate for the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Crown Heights. Ideal roommate is considerate, responsible and clean in shared spaces. No smoking, no drugs and no pets. I am a mid 20?s female professional working in fintech, generally working in the city but under current circumstances will be working from home for the near future.

The apartment is available August 1st for a one year lease (though would prefer someone looking for long term). We pay for wifi and utilities. It is a 2nd floor walk up with lots of natural light, hardwood floors and loads of living and dining space. Huge 160 sqft master bedroom with a built-in closet and plenty of space to fit up to a king sized bed, a desk and even a sofa.

We are in a safe and convenient neighbourhood in Crown Heights. Nearby you can find a laundromat, grocery stores, a liquor store, convenience stores, diverse restaurants and independent cafes. Easy walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Public Library. Short walk to 3 and 2 trains, 15 minutes from the 2,3,4, 5 at Franklin Ave station. 10 minute walk away from a LIRR station (super easy to get to the airport without taking a cab!)
