Looking for a 3 month subletter starting June 1st for my bedroom in a Crown Heights 2 bedroom apartment off the Sterling Stop (off the 2). My roommate and his girlfriend are staying in the 2nd bedroom. Rent is 875 per month for the room w/ utilities included (Rate is Negotiable!) There is a shared kitchen and living room, balcony, rooftop with furniture, 65? screen TV, record player and tons of video games. My roommate owns a very friendly cat so roommate must be okay with cats!
