The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse and is surrounded by the neighborhood’s restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, laundromats, and other conveniences.

ABOUT THE LIVING ARRANGEMENT
I’m looking for a quiet, responsible, communicative Female 30+ professional who is respectful of a peaceful shared home and DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME. My days off are mostly weekdays
This is a home, not a party apartment, and I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys a calm and respectful living environment.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the following:
No smoking
No drugs
No pets
No parties or events in the apartment
No couples
No regular overnight/out-of-town guests
Shared responsibility for keeping the kitchen, bathroom and living room clean, tidy and clutter-free
Respectful communication and consideration of each other’s space and schedule.

ABOUT ME
I work in luxury retail sales and am also a theater actress. I’m originally from Puerto Rico and have lived in NYC for many years.
My home is my place to relax, so I value a clean, organized, quiet and peaceful environment.

I’m looking for someone who is mature, responsible, communicative, clean and respectful of shared living. Someone who has their own life and interests but also appreciates coming home to a peaceful environment.

First month’s rent plus a security deposit of the same amount is required.
Proof of income and two references will be required before signing the rental agreement and moving in.
IMPORTANT: I am the current leaseholder of the apartment, and you will be renting/subletting the room directly from me. I will continue living in the apartment.
