Roommate Wanted $775/mo Crown Heights-large room

I'm a 32 year old professional who had been subletting for years--I just signed a lease on a new 3 bedroom, and now I need roommates!

It's really big--the apartment takes up the whole second floor above a bodega. There's a staircase inside the apartment, instead of a staircase with a locked door at the top, the door is at the bottom (I don't know why exactly, but this was a big selling point for me).

There's a ton of light; there are windows on 3 sides of the apartment. 2 sides face a street, and the third side faces a vacant lot, so it's not obstructed by any pesky walls.

There is a patio, but to access it you have to open a gate and go through a bedroom window.

It's very close to transit--a 10 minute walk to both the A/C at Utica Ave and Fulton St. and the 3/4 at Utica and Eastern Parkway.

The rooms aren't furnished, so you'll need to bring whatever furniture you want (I'm in the process of getting a couch/table/chairs for the dining room and should have them in place by the end of the month).

Utilities aren't included, and I'm probably going to use a cleaning service to tidy up the kitchen, living room, and bathroom around once a month, and I'd like it if everyone would contribute towards that.

I'm looking for someone who is chill, quiet, clean, and pays their rent on time. I'm friendly and down to hang out on occasion, but I like to respect other people's privacy/personal space and expect the same from them. I don't smoke tobacco, and I'm allergic to cats/dogs, so I'd prefer a roommate without pets and who won't smoke in the building.

The landlord wants to run a background check on any potential tenants--the fee to do so is $40.

I'm free to show the space in the mornings or on weekends.
