Offering 1 unfurnished primary bedroom in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment located in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn.
Built in 2016, this newer boutique building is located on Dean Street on a quiet, tree-lined block near the Utica Avenue A express train and C train subway stop. Easy access to the express train makes commuting to and from Manhattan quick and convenient.
The apartment occupies the entire floor of the building and features approximately 1,353 square feet of living space, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, 2 balconies, bright sunny rooms, and remote keyless entry for convenient package access while away from home.
We are looking for a clean, respectful, responsible roommate who values a peaceful and well-maintained home environment. Full-time employed professionals or students preferred.
Sorry, no couples and no additional pets.
Utilities (gas, electric, and Wi-Fi) are split evenly between roommates. Water is included in rent. Bedrooms include mounted smart TVs for personal streaming services.
House Environment & Expectations:
• No shoes inside the home
• Shared spaces should be kept clean and tidy
• Please do not leave dishes sitting in the sink
• Friends and occasional dinner gatherings are welcome, but this is not a party home
• Quiet, respectful, low-conflict household preferred

About the Roommates:
Roommate 1:
Female owner of the condo working in the entertainment industry. I currently live full-time on the west coast and only stay in NYC temporarily for work or family visits, generally a few weeks at a time to a maximum of approximately 3 months per year. The apartment functions as a 3-roommate household the majority of the time.
Roommate 2:
Female, 27, originally from the Philippines. Friendly, clean, and kind. Works as a physical therapist.
Roommate 3:
Female, 30, originally from Florida. Quiet, clean, and works for her own business. One existing small 10lb dog already approved by the owner/building lives in the apartment. No additional pets permitted. The dog is crated whenever the roomie is away from the apartment.
