The apartment is 8 minutes walk from Frankin Avenue, the trendiest street in Brooklyn with pubs, bars and restaurants of all sorts. Very close to Nostrand Avenue, where you can find delicious food 24/7. 4 blocks away from Foodtown, a large grocery store.

The room is 118 square feet and easily fits a queen size bed. The room comes unfurnished but there is the option of buying the existing furniture in the room from the current tenant. We are losing our third roommate because he got a job offer in another state. The room faces the back of the building so you don?t have to worry about noise at night. 3rd floor on a brownstone building, central A/C, wood floors, marble top kitchen, 1 bathroom, basement storage area, laundry in building. The living room has a massive window.

No pets, no smoking.

We are not obsessed with keeping the house clean, but we take the basic chores of the house seriously: dishwashing, beaching the bathroom, taking out the trash/recycling and sweeping the floors. We have been roommates for two years and have a good relation; we expect to have a similar relation with our new roommate.
