My husband and I are looking to sublet our Crown Heights apartment. Move in date is flexible but the sublet for sure ends July 31. At that point you could resign the year long lease if you'd like.

Great relationship with Landlord
Near Nostrand A/C stop and Kingston Throop C stop
If you have a car, there are typically spots open on our block
We don't have pets so I'm not sure the details on if they are allowed. If you need to know I can find out for you!

We've loved this apartment and haven't had any major issues with anything! The landlord is always responsive.
