This would be ideal for a couple interested in taking both rooms for maximum privacy. Both rooms combined list for $2300 ($150 savings!).

This is a good sized apartment right between Franklin Ave. and Nostrand Ave. Both have great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and not far from good grocery stores.
Apartment has washer/dryer in unit and decent sized kitchen with an island (real counterspace!). Central air and heat.
15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum, 20 minutes to prospect park. Jogger's delight.
Close to the 2345 at Franklin Ave, A at Nostrand, C at Franklin, Park Place Shuttle and the LIRR.
1 Express stop to Atlantic Ave / Barclays Center.

1 bathroom but with varied schedules this has never been an issue. This is a railroad apartment but your room has its own entrance in the larger, back bedroom. It's a above average sized room for Brooklyn!

Utilities are about 125/month with once monthly cleaning service.
