Small Room in Quiet Nieghborhood

Hi! I have a very (emphasis on very) small room available for rent starting this fall. I’m a 31-year-old professional who mostly works from home, so I’m looking for someone who travels a lot, works long hours, or generally just needs a place to touch down/a "crash pad."

To be transparent, I’m ideally looking for a roommate who isn’t going to be in the apartment a ton as the space is pretty small, but I’m always happy to keep things easy and low-key. I’m easygoing, kind, and respectful of people’s space—and the neighborhood is gorgeous, with easy access to a ton of subway lines. I also have a tiny blind cat who keeps to herself. Utilities vary, but usually ends up being an extra couple of hundred per month when splitting between two people.

If you’re looking for a NYC home base rather than a place you’ll be spending all your time, this could be a great fit!

*Room will be filled with a twin size bed (trying to find an oversized one). The closet in the room would remain for my storage but I'll add a dresser!
