Fseeks F to rent a private room in Cobble Hill

The location here is excellent. There is access to many trains. The F train, G train, 4&5 trains, the 2&3 trains, and the N&R trains are all in walking distance. There are lots of shops and restaurants, health clubs, as well as a Trader Joe’s two blocks away. Located on a lovely treelined street, this neighborhood is one of the safest in Brooklyn.
The room has been recently repainted. There is no bed yet, because I wasn’t sure whether someone would prefer a twin or full sized. The room is in the downstair’s portion of the duplex and there is access to a lovely backyard as well. The common space includes an extra large kitchen, common area, and a laundry room. The Jacuzzi bathroom with cabinets are free to use for the one who is renting the room, although beyond that the bathroom is not exclusively for private use.
Please, no smokers, parties, or drugs. This is a peaceful, drama free space. There is wifi and all utilities are included in the rent. It can also be available for november 15th or December 1st. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jane
