I’m looking for a roommate!

A little about me:
- I’m a woman in my late 20s, looking for any gender of a similarish age
- I work a 9-5, partially from home
- I am clean, not rowdy, and communicative; I love to cook, host dinner parties/casual hangs with friends, and craft
- I work for a climbing and fitness gym so I can get you that hookup!
- I don’t smoke cigarettes, don’t drink/party hard, and do not have a pet

About the space:
- $1675 per month (this is half the total rent)
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with 2 sinks) in Cobble Hill
- You would get the bedroom shown in photo #16 in the listing
- Lots of storage (coat closet, cleaning closet, many kitchen cabinets, big fridge, big closet in each bedroom, bathroom sink and mirror cabinets)
- Big kitchen with large counter space and dishwasher
- Laundry in unit and in building
- Gym, elevator, package room, parking garage, and courtyard in building
- Roof access with fab Manhattan and Brooklyn views
- Right next door to Brooklyn Bridge Park and the water
- Close to Downtown Brooklyn shopping and trains (456, 123, ACE, FG, NRW) plus the ferry

A bit about you:
- Clean, respectful, open to communication and feedback, not rowdy
- Mid 20s - mid 30s, any gender
- Would consider 1 pet
- Can sign a lease by March 15
- April 1 or May 1 move in
- Info needed from new tenant: credit report with a full History on it and a score Along with proof of Employment, Landlord reference letter, and last 3 months of savings.
- ~$58k+ salary (in order for combined salary to be 40x rent)
