My name is Cindy and in my early 40s. I am a Sustainable Fashion/Beauty Design Consultant and Nutrition Wellness Practitioner. I work from home and have a setup in my room.

You will have the private bedroom in the front While my teen son and I have the 2 bedrooms in the back of the apartment. We’re pretty chill and clean. We don’t have any clutter in any shared spaces. My son stays with me for half of the week and every other weekend. He’s got his whole setup in his room as well and is into skateboarding, surfing, & filming. We’re pretty friendly and have lived on this block for over 10 years.
