It would be a year lease in prime Cobble Hill location. 2 bedroom 1 bath with garden, exposed brick, all new appliances, laundry in basement, besides the bedroom (which fits a queen size bed and overlooks the garden- it's so pretty), it's already furnished with everything and has dishes etc all of that so you don't need to worry about any of that stuff! honestly- the best apt and location! I have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs that are really fun/chill so dog person pls! Price would be around $1400-1500. I am going to negotiate with my landlord to obv get the price down when we re-sign ;)
