Hi everyone! I'm subletting my room in a beautiful, spacious two-bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, while I'm away during December and January. Dates are flexible, so happy to discuss what works best!

• The Room:

A large 15 × 14 ft bedroom with plenty of natural light throughout the afternoon, exposed brick, and an original fireplace mantel. The room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, a desk, a chair, a rack, and plenty of space to spare. You'll also have your own private bathroom with a deep soaking tub, located just off the bedroom entrance.

• The Apartment:

The apartment has a fully furnished living room and kitchen, with a dining area filled with plants and natural light from two beautiful skylights.

The living room features exposed brick, original wooden ceiling beams, and a projector for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment, with the shared spaces in between, allowing for plenty of privacy. It's a fourth-floor walk-up, with no upstairs neighbors.

• The Neighborhood:

Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, right by Pratt Institute and within walking distance of Fort Greene and Bed-Stuy.

It's a lovely residential neighborhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and local shops.

— Several bus connections nearby
— Grocery store and laundromat just 3 blocks away
— 24-hour deli around the corner

• Your Roommate:

You'll be sharing the apartment with Jacob, a friendly, respectful, and easygoing creative professional who's lived in Brooklyn for over 20 years.

He's an actor and currently works on-site six days a week, so you'll have the apartment to yourself for much of the day.

He's also into cooking, plants, films, and occasionally having friends over for dinner. The home is generally quiet, clean, and relaxed, with an emphasis on mutual respect, communication, and personal space.


• The Details:

— Availability: December 2026 – January 2027 (flexible dates)
— Rent: $1,850/month
— Utilities: Approximately $50–125/month, depending on the season
— Security deposit: $1,500
— Fully furnished bedroom and shared spaces
— Private bathroom
