* Approximately 20 minutes from Manhattan.
* Historic, renovated building with an elevator and on-site laundry.
* Grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and other neighborhood amenities within walking distance.

The apartment:
You'll be sharing the apartment with two other residents, a filmmaker and a music teacher. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is the common area.

We're looking for a considerate roommate who is comfortable in a shared household, keeps common spaces clean and helps with routine household tasks such as trash and recycling.
