Bright private room + private bath in Clinton Hill

Hi! We’re looking for someone to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a clean, bright apartment in Clinton Hill.

There are two ideal date ranges:
- Week of 9/12 - 9/19
- Week of 9/26 - 10/3

But I am open to subletting the whole time (9/12 - 10/3) to the right person.

You’d be sharing the apartment with one other person, my brother.

The room has a huge closet and plenty of space for a proper work-from-home setup, so you won’t be balancing your laptop on the corner of the bed.

The shared space is one of the best parts of the apartment: a sunny living room, open kitchen, dining area, big windows, and lots of natural light. The apartment is furnished, comfortable, and kept clean. You’d also have your own large bathroom with a double vanity.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and generally easy to live with. We’d love to start with a quick phone call to get to know each other and see whether it feels like a good fit.

A bit about me and how I live: I work from home most days (4-5 days a week), I'm an early riser, and I keep things quiet — no late nights, no big gatherings. I make music in my room sometimes but keep it low-key and never late. I'm very clean and tidy, and that extends to the common areas too.

You'd be living with my brother, who's genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet. He's in the office 3 days a week and home the other 2, so you'd have plenty of space to yourself during the day. No pets, no smoking, and we don't host often, so it's a pretty low-key, peaceful place to be.

The location is honestly one of my favorite parts of Brooklyn — Clinton Hill is quiet and chill, and you're walking distance to Prospect Park, Vanderbilt Ave, and all the good food and coffee spots in the area.
