Clinton Hill Room

Hey everyone! URGENT! My best friend and I are looking for a third person to sign a lease with us for a three bed in Clinton Hill. A beautiful brownstone filled with windows and wood flooring. Easy access to the C, A, and S. Atlantic terminal is only a short walk away. You would have the largest room with a closet and two windows overlooking a green backyard. There is no laundry but a laundromat is around the corner. Heat and hot water included in rent. We both enjoy clean common spaces and a calming place to call home at the end of the day. We would love to all be friends but also respect if you prefer to do your own thing. Creatives are encouraged to reach out but all are welcome.
