You will be living with two quiet, clean, and respectful working professionals in their 40s. We are all independent adults who keep a mature, conscientious, and stable home—no rigid house rules, just standard mutual respect for shared spaces and winding down after work.
No tobacco smoking indoors.

Monthly Share: $1,700.00 (Flat, all-inclusive rate. This covers your rent share and a fixed contribution toward all monthly utilities, electric, gas, and high-speed internet).
Move-in Cost: First month's rent ($1,700) + 1 month security deposit ($1,700).
Our Ideal Roommate:
Clean, communicative, and completely financially independent (stable income/employment is a must).
Respectful of shared common spaces and a quiet nightly volume schedule (note: no subwoofers allowed, even small ones, as the bass easily penetrates the loft walls).
Values a quiet, private home life: This is a peaceful sanctuary for us, not a social hub or a hangout spot. We heavily prioritize a calm environment to wind down after work, so we keep the common areas quiet and don't even host casual gatherings .
Looking for a stable, long-term home (1-year commitment).
