1 Room Available AUG 10, in a 3 BD 1 BR Clinton Hill Apt on the 1st floor!

Hey! I'm looking for 1 roommate to join me in a neat, pre-war apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The place has a large living + kitchen area with a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer (the catch is its in room B's closet, but we've made it work with schedules).

Close to some nice cafes, bars, bakeries, and restaurants, grocery, and the A/C at Clinton washington (7 min walk) and G at Classon (10 min walk) trains and B25/26 busses. I really love this neighborhood, its chill but also a very homey community.
