I'll be vacating my bedroom in a beautiful 5BR apartment in the Clinton Hill area, available for move-in August 1st!

About the House:
-Receives lots of natural light, has a spacious living room area and lots of kitchen space
-In-unit washer and dryer
-Very close to public transit- only two blocks from Subway (Classon Ave G Train)
-Close to lots of shops, in a beautiful area and only a 15-minute walk to Fort Greene Park.

About the Room:
-Option to come furnished with bed, mattress (full size), desk, and chair
-Receives lots of natural light
-Has built-in closet space

About the housemates:
-You'll be sharing the house with four other housemates, all male, all around late 20s to early 30s working professionals in different areas including tech, consulting, fabrication, and engineering. Everyone is very respectful, and it's a fairly calm house so don't expect to throw any big parties here.

Additional Info:
-Rent price is subject to small change contingent on management company offer, but it shouldn't be a large difference and could even be a bit lower.
-Utilities not included but typically don't exceed $70
-Must be willing to sign one-year lease beginning August 1st.
-1st-months rent + Security Deposit required upon signing lease
