Hi! I’m seeking someone interested in 1 room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Clinton Hill, a 10min walk from Fort Greene Park. I’m looking for a friendly, professional, clean and chill roommate. This would be a sublet from July 1 - December 31, with the option to sign a new lease for 2027.

The room has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, and lots of storage space. Furniture in the room might be available and the furniture price is negotiable.
Shared space: Fully furnished living room, dishwasher, laundry/dryer in-unit.
Building: We’re on the 9th floor of a relatively new building about a 10 minute walk from the G train, and a 15-ish minute walk from the Q/B/D at Dekalb. The building has a gym on the ground level, parking garage directly behind it, and a furnished common outdoor area with seating and BBQs.

Neighborhood: absolutely gorgeous, tons of great restaurants and everything you need in walking distance.

About me: mid-30s, queer woman, WFH usually 2 days a week otherwise at my office in FiDi. I love to cook and hang out at home a couple of nights a week, sometimes have friends over for wine nights/dinners but not excessive partying. I travel pretty frequently so you’d have the space to yourself during those times (and I’d ask that you are cool with watering my plants during those times :) I don't have any animals but have always wanted to live with a dog so pets are welcome!
