The place is in the heart of Clinton Hill — less than 5 minutes from Pratt, 10 minutes from Fort Greene, and great restaurants. Key Food and a laundromat are across the street. 10 mins walk from G train and 25 minute walk from Downtown Brooklyn away.

This is a May 1st to July 31st sublet with the option to take over the lease starting August 1st. 💫 Move in can be earliest April 15th and May 1st latest. You would be subletting from our roommate who is moving out.

About us:

I’m Kay, I’m 25. I’m a full time grad student at Pratt in graphic design, I’m graduating this summer. I’m usually at the studio but I like to cook occasionally, love plants and anything creative.
Samaira is 24, she’s a freelance writer and is doing my MFA in painting at Pratt. She likes plants, yoga, parks, and I get flowers for apt sometimes! Her ig is @samairrrrrra ⭐️

We’re both super chill, responsible and clean. We like to keep a peaceful vibe going in the apt, we keep to ourselves but also want to be friendly as roommates:)
