Room for rent in 2 bedroom sunlit apartment in Clinton Hill Brooklyn. Room has a large closet, 2 windows, ceiling fan, and AC for your use. Apartment is in a 3rd floor walk up. Fully furnished kitchen, living, and dining room. Extra storage throughout apartment. Apartment is actually a 3 bedroom but we use the 3rd bedroom as a living room.
Great location- One block from G train and 15min walk to C train. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Laundry is 15 min walk. Fort Greene Park 15 min walk.
Rent is $1500 per month which includes electric, internet, gas, and & streaming services. +$1500 security deposit.

Looking for a professional that is kind, considerate, cleans up after themselves, and keeps things tidy overall. It's a peaceful drama free place so someone with similar vibes is ideal.

About us: I'm a professional working in fashion who uses the apartment for a few days during the week, every other week. My husband also a professional uses the apartment every weekend. We are almost never there at the same time so you won't feel overwhelmed with too many people being there at once. On average you will have the place to yourself for half of the month. We are both easy going, keep to ourselves, and usually on the go.

Looking for a May 1st move in date but can make it a little earlier if needed.
