Great room in lovely Clinton Hill

Greetings, we have a room available in our 3BR Clinton Hill apartment starting April 1st, 2026. The building is in an ideal location less than a half a block from the C train Clinton-Washington stop!

THE ROOM:
The rmedium-sized oom easily fits a full-size bed (but a queen can also work), shelves, and a bedside table/desk. There is a deep closet with built-in shelves. The rent and security deposit are $1,080 on a month-to-month basis, totaling $2160 to secure your move-in. Utilities are separate and average between $90 and $120, depending on the season. The room is unfurnished.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a large, sunny, furnished 3 BR, 1 Bath (with great hot water!), located on Washington Avenue (between Fulton and Gates) in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. We are a half block from the C train and 4 blocks from the G. We are a block or two from some great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is within walking distance to the Barclays Center, Atlantic Terminal, and is located right between Prospect and Fort Greene Parks! BAM, the Brooklyn Museum and, Brooklyn Bridge Park are close by as well.

US:
We are two 40+-somethings who have lived comfortably together since before Covid times. We are social, but respect each other's space. We keep the apartment tidy, are considerate of schedules, and share cleaning responsibilities. We enjoy a glass of wine or two, but are well past the party scene.

YOU:
You are easy-going and responsible. You're gainfully employed full-time, and working in person (not from home) at least most of the time. You would describe yourself as clean, considerate of shared amenities, and realize how important communication is to maintaining a successful shared living environment. You enjoy living in an apartment with a clean common space and pay rent and utilities on time.
