Room available in a two-bedroom apartment.
Your roommate, me, work as creative professional, keeps a very clean, well-organized home, and values a peaceful, considerate living environment. I’m social and respectful of shared space, and big on things feeling calm, intentional, and easy to live in. I like cooking and yoga and generally keep a low-key weekday rhythm. Generally work from home keeping a mon-fri 9-6 schedule but will be traveling a bit during this time.

• Super private, top floor of brownstone bldg
• Spacious shared living area
• Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher
• Laundry in building basement (paid/app-based)
• All utilities included

Location:
• Half a block to the C train
• 2 blocks to the G train
• Super convenient, quiet, and well connected

Timing:
• Available starting Feb 20
• Through April (dates are generally flexible)
