We have a lovely room available from January 1st in our Clinton Hill apartment.

*About the apartment*

This is a 3 beds, 2 baths apartment on the third floor of a charming pre-war building. Bright living room with open plan kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and even a guest/work room!

The room available has two big windows overlooking the tree-lined street, hardwood floors, air-con and a built-in closet. The place is rented unfurnished so you would be buying your share of the common furnitures for $1k. The current lease runs until July (which we are planning to renew then).

*About the area*

We absolutely love the neighborhood! Quiet avenues with beautiful brownstones. We are a very short walk to the G and C stops (direct to Manhattan in 10 mins on the train), two blocks from DeKalb avenue that is full of trendy restaurants and lively bars, 10 mins walk to Fort Greene park and 20 mins to Prospect park.

*About us (and you!)*

You would be living with MJ (36, from Iran) and Pierre (29, from France), working professionals with hybrid schedules. We love good food, movie nights and sharing the occasional bottle of wine! We are easy going, keep things clean and tidy, and enjoy making the apartment a cozy home - not just a place to sleep.
