Hi, we are Lauren (Female 41), Shilpa (Female 35), Kate (Female 36) and Simrun (Female 30), four friends who live in a beautiful 5 bedroom brownstone in Clinton Hill. We're building an intentional group of friends who live together in community.

There is one room available in the house. The room has a private half-bathroom and kitchenette.

We're looking for someone who wants to sign a sub-lease for 4-12 months.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished:

- $3100/month furnished

About This Housemates

We're four female friends who live in a historic Brownstone in Clinton Hill.

Lauren is a designer from Sydney, who loves houseplants and hosting dinner parties.

Simrun is a product designer who dabbles in ceramics in her spare time.

Kate is an architect who loves to build things.

Shilpa is a product manager who has a keen eye for well designed spaces.

Nugget is a 6lb MinPin doggo who likes to guard the perimeter and take long naps on any lap that will have her.

We love to host dinner parties, watch movies in our movie/yoga space, have family dinners on Sunday night, hang out together and give each other space when we need it.
