Spacious and sun-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available for sublease in the heart of Clinton Hill. Recently renovated with full-size stainless steel fridge, quartz countertops, and a dishwasher. The bright open living area has large south facing windows and great natural light throughout.

Both bedrooms are well-proportioned and can fit double beds, desks, and additional furniture. The apartment includes two full bathrooms and is located in an elevator building that allows pets.

Photos show both furnished (from my time living there) and unfurnished (from when I first moved in), but the unit will be delivered unfurnished.

This is a sublease. I am the leaseholder, and the apartment is currently occupied by another subletter who has to leave for personal reasons. I’m ideally looking for someone to stay through the end of the lease in June, but I’m open to a shorter or potentially longer arrangement. Showings and move-in will be coordinated with the current occupant.

Located just off Fulton Street on a quiet, tree-lined block with easy access to the C and G trains. Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park are both within walking distance, along with a wide range of cafes, restaurants, and local shops.
