The Apartment

The apartment is in Clinton Hill in Brooklyn on a tree-lined block. It's a three bedroom apartment with a large living room, large bathroom, large kitchen with dishwasher, and breakfast nook. It was fully renovated before we moved in and has hardwood floors, tiled bathroom, and freshly painted. It's on the third floor (walk up, no elevator).

3 - 5 min walk to the C Train.

It's located between the C at Clinton-Washington and the C and Shuttle at Franklin and The G at Classon is a 15 min walk.
The Shuttle (or 'S' train) runs only 4 stops between Prospect Park and Franklin Avenue, and you can take it to transfer for the 2, 3, 4 & 5 at that Franklin Avenue stop, or the B & Q at Prospect Park.
The apartment is furnished in the kitchen and living room!
Rent is $1,000 per room,
Heat and hot water are included in rent!


Rent & Utilities

All of the bedrooms are the same size, so we split the rent evenly: $1000 monthly per person plus utilities.

Monthly utilities per person are typically $10 gas, $25 wifi, $20 electric (with AC in the summer, electricity can be closer to $25 per person). We can take turns buying common supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies) as needed on a rotating basis, or we do an amazon order and split the cost (maybe adds up to be about $10 per person monthly).

For move in you would need to pay one month's rent ($1000) plus security ($1000) -- so $2000 total.
Your security deposit would cover your last month whenever you decide to move out.

You can come by and view everything and I can send some videos if your in interested but no pressure!
