1 BD in a 3BD/1BA; Clinton Hill; close to C and G trains; currently 2 females and a cat! Available Dec 16.

$947 per month + bills ($40), current roommate moves out Dec 16, so looking for someone to move in between Dec 16 - Jan 1.

THE ROOM

- 70 square feet (7 x 10 foot), currently has a queen bed and dresser in it

- Gets plenty of light

THE APARTMENT
It's a very spacious fourth-floor walk-up. We have a large living room area, separate dining room; and a reasonably sized kitchen with plenty of counter space. None of the bedrooms share a wall, so there is relative privacy - particularly for NYC!

The apartment is large enough to not be stepping on each other's toes. Whilst we love having guests over, we're not a party house. We like to be respectful of each other's space, keeping it clean and tidy.

US
Megan, a Nebraskan, has lived in the apartment for 10 years. She is a reflexologist, Feng Shui consultant, and helps various friends out with their businesses. She runs a hula hooping meetup and recently performed in the West Village Halloween parade.

Rebecca, British, has been in NYC for 3 years. Works in logistics and staffing for greenmarkets across the city, previously worked in recruitment. She likes running, cycling, field hockey, climbing etc.

Our current roommate is going to Australia to sort her visa so we're looking for someone to fill her spot.

THE AREA
We are one block away from a 24-hour laundromat and a Key Foods; 1 mile from Trader Joes (three stops on the C), less than a mile to Fort Greene park and Grand Army Plaza (for Prospect Park). There are many great cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
